Never showed after taking my card information. Phone number was no longer in service when I attempted to call for support. Do not book with them. This is fraudulent. I was uneasy the entire time and then this solidified I should have trusted my instinct.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify the full context of this situation for anyone reading. At the time of booking, the customer provided a four-digit CVC code and an incorrect card number, which made it impossible to process payment. Additionally, the customer initially submitted an incorrect address, which created further confusion. The customer reached out on the eve of the scheduled cleaning to change the location and card details. Although we had already assigned an employee, we made every effort to adjust and accommodate the last-minute updates. Unfortunately, the employee used the first address the customer provided, which caused a delay. Once we received the corrected address, we immediately redirected our employee — who was on the way to the correct location — but the customer abruptly asked us to cancel and turn the employee around. We contacted the customer promptly, issued a sincere apology, and even offered a completely free cleaning to make up for the experience. The customer declined. We believe in professionalism, transparency, and doing our best to make things right. While we regret how this played out, we’ve made every effort within our power to correct the situation and are still open to resolving it respectfully. Thank you,

I don’t usually leave reviews, but MopMaster Crew genuinely earned this one. I booked them for a move-out cleaning on short notice, and not only did they respond quickly .. they showed up on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They didn’t just do surface-level cleaning..they tackled baseboards, inside cabinets, window sills, and even the little corners most people skip.
