FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer continued education to our teams to ensure that they are up to speed on the latest advances in cleaning services. We are members of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI) and abide by their Code of Ethics and Industry Standards. We regularly participate in ARCSI's continuous education programs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1) Decide what areas of your home need to be cleaned before choosing a cleaning service. 2) Ask family, friends, or neighbors for referrals. 3) Eliminate any companies that are not bonded and insured. 4) Contact the potential services to ask if their maids are legal residents and what type of background checks they have gone through for screening. 5) Ask your field of candidates to provide you with a free consultation. 6) Avoid letting the "cheapest price" be your determining factor. 7) Ask what kind of chemicals the service uses during its cleaning process. 8) Choose a cleaning service that provides a guarantee of satisfaction
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our senior staff has over 25 years of successful experience managing large commercial and government facilities. It is this experience that distinguishes McCleaned from other cleaning companies. We are experts in Green Building Maintenance Practices. We use green/sustainable products to clean; however, there are those instances where typical cleaning agents are needed. It would be your decision if these are used. McCleaned adapted the best practices and Âstandard operating procedures (SOPs) used in large facilities to the residential market. Your home or office will be cleaned with the same attention to detail that large facilities get. We use the same quality-assurance/quality-control systems to verify that all the work performed meets and/or exceeds the standards set for cleaning services.
