- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $100, which includes the consultation fee. I offer a military discount. In addition to discounted prices on staged items made available for purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will consult with the client as to which service(s) specifically the client is in need of. Does the client require organization of the home? Staging of the home? Or both. Would the client prefer a refresh or a total makeover of the home? The budget varies based on the service. However, this does not affect the quality of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned homes which I have decorated, organized and staged. I then moved toward working with a local realtor,
