Roberto came by for an estimate the same day I reached out, and he was able to schedule the work a few days later. He came to repair a few sections of our hardwood floor where the stain was too dark after the floors had been refinished. He was able to bleach the wood so it's a much closer match. We're happy with the results!

Diana exuded excellent customer service from start to finish. I spoke with her about my scope of work and she assured me that Roberto would complete it to its entirety. My request was simple to clean all bathroom floors and kitchen floor. Remove paint and scuff marks from all floors. Remove paint stains from carpet, clean kitchen sink, microwave, and oven. They did a phenomenal job and finished the job in a timely manner. All stains were removed, the sink oven and microwave was stainless, spotless, and shining. I would highly recommend and the price was reasonable.

5 stars across the board! We contacted RC Emerald to stain pieces of original hardwood that were exposed due to the replacement of our bathroom sink. I reached out on Thursday and the job was completed by Monday. They are professional, quick, and did an amazing job! Would definitely hire again.
