I had a wonderful experience with Umana Flooring. I was tired of looking at my old wooden floors and wanted to update them. I was contacted back the same day I reached out and someone came out the very next day to provide me with an estimate.They were able to complete my project within the following week. Geovanni arrived with only one person to assist him with leveling two bedrooms and installing laminate. They did not know how to use self leveler. Watered down material poured down the walls into the basement on three walls. Nothing level in the rooms. Fired them. We will have to remove all the leveling compound and start over. Left a huge dust mess. Very disappointed.
