Melvin did a fantastic job repairing my patio door frame, installing new weather stripping and screen doors, and painting the exterior patio door, as well as an exterior window nearby. He was very responsive and gave me a good rate, came on time, communicated well, and completed the job exactly as I outlined. He was flexible when I added a window to the project as well. On top of that, he was very kind and pleasant to work with overall. I would definitely work with him again!

I am extremely happy with the work that Lainez Contractors LLC completed for me. Within one day of posting my request, he immediately reached out and set a time to come out and provide an estimate. Two days later, he showed up early and ready to work. He removed all rotted or damaged wood, replaced them, and painted all trimming including the window and garage doors frames. I have quite a few other projects that I will definitely be using Lainez Construction to complete! Thank you!!
