Bryan is AMAZING!!!!!! That’s not an overstatement. I bought a fraud fireplace TV stand from Home Depot and decided to forgo assembly options offered through HD since they don’t list an estimate upfront. As a result, I decided that I would put it together myself since after reading the reviews, I felt I was up for the task. I went and picked it up and the box was huge and heavy! I started second guessing my ability and willingness to spare myself a few bucks. Inevitably, the Lord moved me to find a professional on Thumbtack to assemble this particular item since I became instinctively unsure in my ability and willingness to dedicate the amount of time and patience putting together such a large piece of furniture would require. I called Bryan within minutes of leaving the parking lot of Home Depot. He replied instantly and said he’d be here by 6. I had only sent him a picture of the TV stand listed on the stores’ website which for me, gave no indication (since I’m not the professional) of what kind of man power would be required to get the job done. Much to my surprise, he brought along his nephew, Alejandro (who was extremely sweet and pleasant) to assist. Once the box was opened and they began the assembly I was excited to be dealing with a professional such as Bryan whom was able to consider the possibility of needing a second person when there really wasn’t enough information provided for him to be certain another person was needed. I was relieved that he brought Alejandro and thought ahead about the possibility of this not being a one person job. The assembly took about 2 1/2 hours. I could tell that this was particular job was challenging for the both of them but they remained tactful and professional the entire time, meanwhile I’m feeling horrible that I couldn’t warn them in advance. Bryan now has a customer for LIFE! He’s so reasonably priced and flexible that I have no plan in the near future doing as much as changing a light bulb!
