The work was outstanding — they did a beautiful job helping us to select the right unit. They were patient and went into detail. The installation team was incredible — Brandon and Scott were professional, kept the house clean and were very communicative. Plus with small kids they were respectful of nap time. Would hire again — very happy!

Chimney.com should not agree to do parging work on basement brick walls. The work was unsatisfactory. The cement was applied by hand and it is rough and crumbling. They didn’t clean up afterwards. If chimneys are their specialty, they should stick to chimneys.
