Very meticulous in the work he does. With him you would get the best bang for the buck. Economical and professional. He has the best interest for the customer. Taking my example, he made sure not to drill any holes that would require patching. He came from Maryland to Virginia to work for us, that makes him the first to call whenever an electrical work is needed. Difficult to find people with this attitude, skill and price in this day and age when everyone else on Thumbtack tries to rip you off. Best of luck !

Unlike other electricians that I called, Alain did not charge an outrageous fee just to come out and diagnose the problem with my GFCI outlet. In fact, there was no charge at all to schedule the appointment. He showed up on time (the same day I called). He found the problem with the GFCI, which didn't cost me anything in the end since it was just a faulty extension cord. I also had him install a new outlet for the sump pump in a crawl space. The fee was reasonable and he completed the work promptly. I would definitely use Amew Electrical again!

Alain’s prompt response on thumbtack was truly appreciated. I needed a ceiling light added in my living room where no previous light existed. He arrived on time and completed the job to perfection! He even climbed into my scary attic with ease. His pricing is very reasonable; and I plan to hire him every time for any future electrical work with my newly purchased fixer upper. Please note that i have an older home (built in 1975) with complex wiring. He knew exactly what to do with no issues! He also cleaned up after the job. He truly has set the standard high for when hiring my next contractor!!!
