Khai provided incredibly timely and high quality services, reworking the boiler room (re-organizing pipes, fixing corrosion, and setting up a new water heater and add associated ventilation in our newly purchased home. I appreciated his expertise and consultative approach throughout the process. He patiently walked me through various options and was quick to problem solve once we started the project. Khai was great. I called for water heater maintenance on my tank electric water heater. He spotted a leak and corrosion and explained the options. Since my water heater was already ten years old and I didn’t have the maintenance history available I decided to go ahead and replace it instead of possibly needing to spend more money on repairs and eventually replace. He was able to take care of everything in one day. He hauled the old water heater too. Would use again.

Khai came to flush my two water heaters (one that super old and one thats semi-new). He was able to advise me on changing my oldest heater that is practically about to die on me. Khai was very professional and patient, he explained all the options I had and provided his professional advice. I will be having Khai come back for any and all plumbing needs I have!

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off

I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
