My experience with Mr. Khai from Khai Plumbing was great! He was professional, diagnosed the problem clearly and explained what was needed and the cost beforehand. His work quality was superb. He was punctual and friendly. His service was quick because he knew what he was doing. I had 2 leaks under my kitchen sink - Mr. Khai was prepared to provide a new faucet and took care of repairing both leaks with new parts. I recommend him highly and would use him again!

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
