I hired Ricky to install 3 toilets. He was punctual, actually he came a little earlier, but he did called to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he inspected each bathroom where the toilets were being installed. During the installation, there was concern about being able to install the toilet in such a small space. He managed to solve the problem and was able to complete the job with no other problems. He also cleaned up the areas.
