Mike did a great job fixing my printer! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, run a few tests and fix the root cause. He is very knowledgeable about printers and gave me some valuable DOs and DON'Ts to keep the printer working as expected and last longer. His charge for the work was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Mike for any issues with printer/copier!

Mike walked me through some issues. Unfortunately the printer cannot be fixed, but he referred me on the type of printer that was better than what I had.

Mike diagnosed my Canon printer problem via email, and then pointed me to how I could repair it myself by buying a new Canon print head. He showed me that other providers' print heads do not perform well. So I ordered a new print head from Canon. Mike took the time to help, out of friendliness, without being paid. We need more people like Mike! Thanks so much, Richard M. Please rely on Mike. He is a good man.

He was here longer that either of us anticipated because the problem involved not JUST the printer, but also the computer and my phone, and he helped me with all three although he claimed to have no special expertise with any besides the printer. Furthermore he didn't charge me for the extra time; I agreed to what he had estimated the cost would be and he didn't ask for any more. I'd say he was very determined to solve my problem although it was a lot more complicated and took longer that expected. He has a great work ethic and is very skillful.

Mike the Copier Guy uses competitive and transparent pricing. Our lowest service call price is 95.00 but often times i reduce this price if we are unable to repair your printer and thus you won't feel that you wasted your money. We are very fair!
