Well I don’t know from I start, I been through a lot with services and I was so surprised when at 1 am in the morning I scheduled a service and I got a person answer my text and confirm my appointment to fix my heater or furnace on this awful weather. Alexander was very kind, explained me everything what need to repair and the maintenance, my furnace is old while other companies tell me I need to replace it, he acknowledged me with maintenance I can extended a bit the service of the furnace and give time to eventually get another one . I’ll call him several time because my anxiety, he assured was ok, he has patience and the price of his service was reasonable and affordable for a single mom. I can’t complain a bit his service, his job, his patience, and his honesty is admirable! He went the extra mile with my case ! I reach out GAC i paid membership and they told me several things was more to push sales the help me . I always be thankful they answered my text to make appointment that early in the morning 1 am , they were on my budget. I m very grateful they are pros and very respectful, responsive and honest! Is hard to get these days . Thank you so much Me Alexander .

I'm a single woman and know nothing about my HVAC unit. There are a lot of us around and, to be blunt, we're targets for being taken advantage of. A large HVAC company in the area has overcharged me, and under performed. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, DMV is the place. I placed an "ask" on Thumbtack and within 3 hours, had made an appointment to install a thermostat. I wish I could rate them 10 stars. Reasonably priced, great technicians, highly recommend. I'm cancelling my maintenance program with the "big company" and going with this company. Go where you're wanted and respected. Great company.
