I needed to get someone to check my furnace system and I already narrowed it down to an issue with gas coming into the system as I didn't see an issue with the ignitor or flame sensor. The company came out immediately the same day, inspected the issue, verified that it failed, and provided an estimate which was very fair, offered a best price and warranty compared to other vendors I solicited. Important note for gas valve issues. My gas valve failed because in the Baltimore area some townhouses/row homes have the main gas line that go to a neighbors house first, then goes through the adjoining wall and into the meter into your home. My neighbor turned off the gas during weekend from inside his home thinking it was his line, but in reality it was my line, causing my valve to try to release gas that was no existent and thus the failure. The technician worked diligently with me to solve the reason why after installing the new valve gas still wasn't flowing in, and thats when we suspsected, and later confirmed that the neighbor turned the gas off. I really appreciate your company's efforts in getting this resolved.

I received a great service from this company and am very happy with the quality and speed of the service. They are very good with diagnosing the issues with heaters. I had a terrible experience with NERO who screwed up my breaker and AG was able to fix that besides cleaning and fixing the heater. Strongly recommend it for your heater service and repairs as they are excellent at what they are doing.
