I received a great service from this company and am very happy with the quality and speed of the service. They are very good with diagnosing the issues with heaters. I had a terrible experience with NERO who screwed up my breaker and AG was able to fix that besides cleaning and fixing the heater. Strongly recommend it for your heater service and repairs as they are excellent at what they are doing.

What can we say about AG and Mike the technician? There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for the great job and timely service. We came home from Church and when we turned our heater on it wasn’t working the normal way so I got on Thumbtack and found AG. Within about 4 minutes of my inquiry I had a reply saying they could come out this evening which worked perfectly for us since we didn’t have our regular evening Church service.
Mike arrived on time if according to the quoted time and he got straight to work. I was able to watch him do his work and he answered any questions I had which I am thankful for also.
The price of the repair was very reasonable and budget friendly and we would definitely recommend AG as well as use them again if needed

I don't typically leave reviews, but the exceptional service I received from AG Heating & Cooling, coordinated by Antonio and executed by Mike, deserves recognition. Within 14 hours of submitting my request on Thumbtack, Antonio had already scheduled an appointment with my DC tenants. They arrived promptly at 9 a.m. the next morning and got right to work.
Mike was not only efficient (completing the job in just 1.5 hours) but also highly communicative, keeping me updated via text and providing photos and videos throughout the process. His work was thorough—he unclogged the condensation line, cleaned up the leaking condensate with a shop vac, and even took the time to educate my tenants on basic AC maintenance and precautionary measures.
As a new landlord managing a property in Washington, DC, I was incredibly impressed by the peace of mind AG H&C provided. They didn't just do the job; they paid close attention to every detail in my original request. This might sound simple, but it's rare in my experience. Many contractors don't even bother reading the full request upfront, which often leads to unnecessary phone calls asking for details already provided. AG H&C was fully prepared from the start.

I would definitely recommend AG Heating & Cooling to a friend. Our AC stopped working and we didn’t know why. We had a technician come in but even he didn’t know what was wrong. We decided to book AG and the technician came in and quickly knew what had to be done. We proceeded to book them for an AC repair. The price was affordable and the service was high quality. They came in and did the job without any issues!
