Orlando did a wonderful job repairing a hole in our carpet! He was prompt, communicated clearly, and asked me questions to ensure I was happy with the result. It looks seamless and professional. Note the color looks slightly off because we used brand new carpet for the patch — Orlando offered to take carpet from a closet to avoid that, I chose not to. It will look more uniform over time, and I appreciate that he pointed this out before finishing the job. Highly recommend!
