I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received from Global Repairs. My microwave stopped working, I reached out to Global Repairs and they sent out a professional to evaluate my microwave. It was an older model and the part was no longer available, so I would have to replace the microwave which turned out to be attached to the oven in a wall mount combination. Global repairs went above and beyond to assist me and was kind enough not to charge me the evaluation fee because there was nothing else they could do. They were willing to find me a replacement too! but was in my best interest to order and get installation from the same purchase place (Home Depot, Bestbuy etc.) I will without a doubt use them again! 5 Stars for Global Repairs from me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free estimate for appliances when the repair is approved by you. If you do not wish to do the repair, our standard service fee of $75.00 (regular brand appliance)/ $85.00 ( high end brand appliance) + $10.00 if same day appointment/weekend will apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is first to schedule an appointment as soon as possible at the customer's earliest convenience and our availability. In many cases, we have same day service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have at least 5 years plus of experience and many of them have 30 years of experience working in the field.
