Ali and his team managed my unexpected bird issue with exceptional professionalism. Ali clearly explained the entire process and took steps to prevent the birds from coming back. Luckily, there were no baby birds in the nest. They removed the nest entirely, sanitized the area, and installed safeguards to keep the birds from returning.
