Lisa Sydney Irving is an extraordinary real estate professional who offers a comprehensive suite of services that provides one-stop-shopping for her clients entering the real estate process. She possesses the knowledge, resources, and skills to provide services for every phase of real estate transactions from sales and marketing, to securing financing, to preparing homes for sale (including house clean outs, estate sales, house repairs/construction, staging, etc.). I presented her with an extremely challenging situation which required the use of several of her talents. Through the emotional rollercoaster of events, Lisa successfully met each challenge with composure, experience and tenacity; a true testament to her character. I was left with a nightmare real estate situation and was over 800 miles from the location of the property. This once beautiful home fell victim to 6 years of neglect, sprawling grass and weeds, a past fire and flood, no utilities, city fines and back taxes debt. Lisa and her team performed a miracle and resurrected this property. The magnitude of the work needed to be done just to prepare this property for market was mind-blowing. Most agents would have turned away or wouldn’t have resources available to do all the work that was required and necessary. They improved its curb appeal, did a total clean out of over 65 years of accumulation, had an estate sale, donated items, met with city inspectors and made all required repairs in record time. Lisa vetted the proposed buyers and made sure that the contract language benefitted and protected my interest. Lisa and I communicated several times per day via video chatting, texting, emailing to make sure I was completely abreast of all that was happening. It was as if I was there but not physically. I have the utmost respect for and incredible trust in Lisa. I can never thank her enough for all she did for me. She went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s so rare today to find a dedicated professional like Lisa who makes you feel like you are her most important client.

Words cannot express how much we appreciate Mrs. Sidney and her hard work. We needed her help to assist us in emptying a packed 10x10 storage unit. Not only did she organize a crew to assist with the process, she was fast, paid attention to detail, and was very easy to get along with. It's much more to say, so I will say that anyone reading this review should definitely use her services.

Sidco Properties provided the highest level of service in planning, organizing and completing the preparation of my family home for sale. This included the systematic removal of 50 years of my deceased parents' belongings that needed new homes, donation or disposal. To that end, Sidco Properties researched the prices of items on the internet and hosted an online auction & in-person sales of the items that had market value. Sidco Properties, also, staged the home for open house events and did a very clean and fresh presentation. 5 Stars Plus!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon size of project (square feet) and scope of service. Projects can be standard hourly fees or package fees. Our package prices are set fees - not to exceed. For large projects we recommend package pricing. Sidco Properties always extends a 15% discount to our military and first-responders to thank you for your service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are contacted by customers via phone or email and we seek to determine their needs. A site visit is planned if needed on larger projects. A project plan is developed specifying start and end dates, scope of services and fees. A contract is submitted for approval and signature. Work begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate Agent. Real Estate Investor. Over 20 years experience providing services to home owners, investors, realtors, interior designers, architects, engineers and home inspection companies. Experience providing staging services and real estate photography for marketing purposes. Continuing education certificate in real estate. Zillow certified real estate agent and Zillow photographer/videographer.
