- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to offer the best value for our services. We have a $129 fee for all service calls. This allows us to send a tech to your location to access and review your issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive a message through thumbtack notifying you that our team has gotten your request. Then, someone from our office will contact you to learn more about the issue and schedule a tech to come to your location.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all customers. More of our customers are businesses but we are happy to help homeowners too!
