Alberto and his assistant Paolo arrived on time and began work cleaning my roof, gutters, metal awning, siding, wooden fencing, patio, and windows (inside and out). They finished the same day, and moved all the furniture back. When they finished, everything was so CLEAN! My windows are so clean they look like they are open. I have already recommended Xtrategy to my neighbors, who have already used them too. I am so glad I found Alberto and his company!

We offer discounts for recurrent jobs: 15% on weekly services, 10% on services every two weeks, and 5% on monthly services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon reception of our quote we ask our new clients to provide us the address of the property. A Xtrategy Inc representative will walk around the property to confirm the FREE Estimate and plan for the personal, equipment and materials needed. We encourage you to meet our representative to ask any questions and provide specific recommendations. Once there is agreement on the scope of work and price, we will do our best to adjust to our clients's schedule and complete the service on a date and time convenient to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 15 years of experience providing highly specialized residential and commercial window cleaning services in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
