Jonh was the installer of my peel and stick wallpaper. He did a FANTASTIC job. Was on time , extremely neat, and professional. I was concerned about using peel and stick paper since I never used it before but Jonh said he has put it up and after seeing it I was over the moon. He left the bathroom as if no one was there. Very clean and no mess. Recommend pachos 100%!

I strongly advise against hiring this team if you value your home or have expensive, delicate materials. I made my expectations crystal clear, no overlap on the wallpaper and yet it became immediately apparent that the installer had neither the skill nor the experience for this type of work, he kept staring at the wallpaper for 10 minutes and implied he didn't know what to do. Also, his behavior was alarming: he walked across hand-painted silk wallpaper in dirty shoes, banged and scraped freshly painted walls with his tools, and even kicked the wallpaper at one point as if it were scrap. The woman assisting him was no better. At one point, she leaned against a freshly painted wall corner and began scratching her back against it, like a bear on a tree! Watching this happen in my own home was surreal, and frankly, I was in shock. They managed to cause visible damage before even starting the project, which is when I immediately told them to leave. Adding insult to injury, they had the audacity to ask me to cover their gas expenses which I obviously did not! The sheer lack of professionalism was astounding. This was not just disappointing, it was unsettling. I canceled the project on the spot and felt relieved to have them out of my house. It truly felt like dodging a bullet. P.S. Afterwards, I looked up the company’s reviews on other platforms. Unsurprisingly, the ratings are consistently low.

When the job was finished and the manager, William, is apologizing for a job gone wrong, it should make you think twice about hiring this company. I gave them a poor instead of a terrible because William tried to fix the damage that was done and he did apologize. However, the bottom line is the work is shoddy, the space was left filthy and the work is not professional. The most upsetting part is I made it VERY clear that the wall covering was not a traditional paper. I got a sample and continued to say please make sure you are qualified to do this job. I was told more than half a dozen times not to worry. I am not sure how this company is set up. The person they got to actually do the job was not Francisco, who I was told would do the job. The day before the job was to be done I was told another man, Luiz, who was in a truck with a different name, would do the work. It was clear Luiz knew nothing about the job and there was a lot of passionate talking happening in Spanish between Luiz and Francisco about the wall covering I had purchased. The whole situation was upsetting and an expensive mistake. I hope this review helps you make the right choice. There is an association called Wallcovering Installers Association. If I were going to do another wallpaper job I would hire from this resource.
