- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees are customized to each unique owner and property. There are lots of variables. This customization eliminates the "cookie cutter" approach so owners don't pay for something needlessly. Our focus is to be fair and high-value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This varies per customer. Aside from an initial call, the preferred is an in-person meeting. That allows both the owner and us to mutually assess whether it would be a good fit to work together. However, an in-person meeting is not always possible due to schedules or the owner being out-of-town. Assuming there is a mutual fit, then we research each property and do a site visit. Meanwhile the owner can review our agreement and ask questions. Then if everything is OK, the steps to get started are quick and easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are several people in the company that have extensive property management experience, ranging from 5+ to 30+ years. Importantly, everyone in the company also has their own rental properties, which provides distinct advantages in understanding the nuances of what an owner wants/needs and numerous lessons learned from managing a spectrum of properties.
