When will your window cleaners arrive to clean?
We'll arrange in advance for a morning or afternoon that is convenient for you to have your windows cleaned. Our team member(s) will call approximately 15 minutes before arriving at your home, to let you know they are on their way. If you require a specific starting time, our office would be more than happy to talk about possible solutions such as making your scheduled cleaning the first appointment of the day.
Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?
Nice of you to ask - yes, it can help our team members if before we arrive you pick up or put away anything that would keep us from having access to your windows.
