Kenny brings knowledge, enthusiasm, inspiration, and energy every day. Kenny customizes the pre-planned workouts to help me achieve my fitness goals. Every session is challenging and includes something new and fresh which is quite an accomplishment after over one year working with him.
Technically, Kenny sees things like no other trainer. He comments about and demonstrates proper form making the sessions with him all the more effective.
Whether someone is a high caliber athlete, looking to tone up a bit or new to working out and wanting to drop some unwanted weight and improve lifestyle, there is no better option for personal training than Kenny.

I’ve trained with Ken since 2016 after having multiple trainers in the past and not getting the results I communicated. Ken is a top-notch trainer who puts a lot of care and attention into the quality of his workouts and your fitness goals. As a plus, when I don’t feel like putting in the energy for the workout, he somehow could always motivate me and keep a positive vibe. I highly recommend him!

I have been training with Kenny at Bespoke Bodies for a while now and he is FANTASTIC. The term “bespoke” is not used lightly as he tailors his clients’ programming to their specific goals and always meets his clients where they are at. Since training with Bespoke Bodies I have lost 20 pounds in body fat, all while gaining muscle, and just recently achieved my goal of <30% PBF. From strength training to cardio to boxing, Kenny does it all.
