I hired Monica to help me unpack after my move, and I’m very happy with her service. Monica is not only incredibly talented at organizing, but also has design and staging experience, making her a true jack of all home trades. She responded quickly, even for a booking months in advance. Monica remained flexible when I needed to reschedule, showing her understanding and professionalism. Throughout the experience, her communication was great, and her follow-up to rebook was truly appreciated during the overwhelming post-move period. In person, Monica was very sweet and efficient. She expertly unpacked and organized my closets, and offered me valuable advice on wall hanging placements. My space has never looked better, and I would definitely book her again.

You know those people that within the first 5 minutes of meeting them, you get a strong connection that we’d be friends lol that’s how Monica is , she negotiated with me on days/times and she made a point to say she could come right away within the same week I booked & she did. It was anxiety having an organizer come and organize my stuff , just cause I like to do things myself , BUT she understood all of that I could tell she’s got plenty of experience and she’s like a therapist lol she was nicely discussing things with me where I may have seemed anxious just because it’s new and a change . I’ve never hired an organizer before and she made it pleasant & I’d do it again and hire her .

Monica is a life saver! We have a huge TH that needed to be thinned out, organized, and staged to be put on the market. With our schedules and lack of talent, we knew that we needed a pro. Monica is that pro. We were on a very tight budget, and she really respected our constraints. She staged our home with what we already had, organized it in such a way that made it work better than it ever had, and we got $15K over our list price! Monica is also a lovely person and easy to talk and work with. We didn't agree on everything - sometimes I deferred to her, and other times I didn't - but we always interacted respectfully and you can't really ask for more than that. She placed our art in ways that we never thought of, and we are so thrilled with the outcome! She is very creative and I wish I could take Monica to our new home to unpack and organize us. If we were moving locally, we would definitely do that because the improvement she brought to our home is immeasurable. The photos don't do it justice. Unfortunately I don't have photos of our closets and pantry, but she did a spectacular job!

A thorough 1st conversation on the phone & once i have full understanding of the Project then we sched an Organizg or Packing/Unpacking Session & at Day/Time of Arrival I get a quick Walk-thru w/Client & I’m left to •Do my thing & Work my Magic•
