- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via email, text or live phone call. I first ask about any food allergies, Secondly , the amount of guest attnending, (children included), Thirdly , I go over menu planning and pricing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owe it all to my Mum, she always made sure i was in the kitchen when she cooked. I remember her massive stone oven in our back yard, where she would bake coconut tarts and potatoe pudding and cakes of various varieties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
my Customer experience varies, food is a cultural thing , where other's are constantly invited or being shared. I've chef'd for guest with servier food allergies, dietary restrictions, the picky eater(my favorite) and for those with little food knowledge and skills.
