I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FIRST TIME I HIRED HENNA AS A PROCESS SERVER! SHE WAS VERY PROMPT WITH RESPONSES AND HER SERVICES! I WAS SO IMPRESSED WIRH HER WORK THAT I HIRED HER AGAIN TO SERVE SOME PAPERS JUST A FEW DAYS LATER, AND THIS SECOND EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE, TO SAY THE LEAST! HENNA WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT HER “WEBSITE” AND SAID IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO TRACK THE JOB I HIRED HER TO DO (ATTEMPTS TO SERVE, SERVED PAPERWORK/COMPLETED JOB, ETC.)!!! THE WEBSITE DID NONE OF THIS!!! FOR SEVERAL DAYS I CONTACTED HENNA TO GET UPDATES, BUT HER COMMUNICATION BECAME LESS AND LESS - EACH DAY BECAME AN EXCUSE OR APOLOGY FOR NOT RESPONDING! I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY UPDATES AND NO PROOF OF ANY ATTEMPTS MADE TO SERVE THE PAPERWORK! THEN, SHE DEMANDED MORE MONEY IF I WANTED HER TO MAKE MORE ATTEMPTS, BUT YET NEVER SHOWED WHEN OR HOW MANY ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE! TRULY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW, BUT I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN HUSTLED!!! AND NOW MY BACK IS AGAINST THE WALL AND I HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO TRY AND FIND A TRUE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MY COURT DATE ON FRIDAY!!! I FEEL VICTIMIZED AGAIN!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS OR MORE I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! I URGENTLY NEEDED A RESTRAINING ORDER SERVED, AFTER THE POLICE REFUSED TO ASSIST ME!!! HENNA RESPONDED IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES TO MY INQUIRY, AND AN HOUR LATER SHE MET WITH ME (IN THE MIDDLE OF A THUNDERSTORM), GOT MY PAPERWORK, AND PROPERLY SERVED IT!!! AND COMPARED TO MOST PROCESS SERVERS I SEARCHED, SHE WAS VERY REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY FOR MY REQUEST OF RUSH, SAME DAY SERVICE!!!

I am not one to post negative reviews. But after reflecting on my experience with this notary, I feel obligated to post a review so others may be spared of what I went through. She agreed to a job in Chantilly: the location, the cost, the date and time. She confirmed three times via text. The morning I was to get my document notarized, I waited about 10 min past the agreed time, and she didn’t show. I called her. Clearly, she didn’t know it was me because she answered. She told me she was sitting in traffic and would be 20-30 min late.
I thought it was rude of her not to give me a heads up she was running late, but I agreed to wait because this document was extremely important.
30 min. Then 45…no sign of her. I called, texted- nothing. She ghosted me. I wasted my morning. I wasted my supervisor’s time. I took off from work for this meeting. I needed the document notarized that day- and this was causing days of stress for me. Henna standing me up, then ghosting me was a truly eye opening experience that people really can be so selfish, unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I hope she takes the time to reflect on the negative impact her behaviors have on others. I would advise you to find another notary. This was an awful experience. I’d like to add- I was blessed to have found another notary online that came out and took care of things within 2 hours.
