Easy Relocation was excellent, I had a long distance move and they were professional and very transparent of everything. The owner Jim is very honest and made things right when he really didn’t have to. Looking forward to working with them again if I comeback to the area. Only thing I would like say to potential customers when getting a quote is to itemize every item you have, the more details of the items you give, the more accurate the estimate will be so you won’t be surprised with any extra fees.

I made the mistake of not properly itemizing my furnishings. Be sure to itemize every item. There was a mix up in communication and we couldn’t afford to move. Unfortunately we lost our deposit but Jimmy the Dispatcher understood our situation and worked with us and did not charge any additional fees.

This company cares about its customers and their overall experience. Very professional movers, one of the best we have experienced. They took extra care with wrapping and gently handling all our items. Well worth the extra expense when you have non-replaceable items or want your things arrive in the same condition. I had what I thought was going to be an exceptional experience with Easy Relocation. The customer service was great, the movers showed up on time and everything was executed according to the contract and within the minimum 3 hour timeframe. BUT I was charged upfront for 4 hours and all my emails to the company regarding my refund for the additional hour/some explanation are being ignored. Was contacted by Pro and they were catching up on calls from the holiday weekend which caused the delayed response. They offered a full refund for the additional hour…Thanks Easy Relocation.
