Movers did not approach the hose at pick up location and were parked in front of the wrong house waiting. He did eventually call me and said he was coming there. I had to telephone several times before the owner responded. Delivery to my home went fine but valuable time was lost waiting at the wrong location and not knocking on the door as owner was inside.
