- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge a specific fee for coming out to your property, but we do have a minimum charge, which is what we charge for one room of carpet cleaning. If you need more than one room cleaned, additional rooms are added at reduced prices, so you needn’t worry about paying the same price for each room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, new customers first contact us through our website or by calling the office. Our friendly representative takes down what the customer needs cleaned and can even offer an estimate over the phone. Scheduling the appointment is easy and straightforward, and we send email reminders to our customers so that they can confirm their availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken training from the IICRC for all the main services, so I know the best techniques to use. We employ cross-training with our team members, to make sure everyone is up to speed on how we do things.
