- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give them the best solution possible in a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's problems and needs. after that I am trying to find a solution for him/her. Sometimes I ask for some pictures or a video to get a better understanding of the issue. Then I give a price estimate (quote) on the phone, and if we both agree on it - we schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am learning every day in order to find the best solutions for my customers - For example I install new locks and advance locks that people buy on Amazon and e-bay 😻
