- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flat rates based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms of home. As a common practice a “Thorough Cleaning” aka “Deep Cleaning” maybe slightly higher than other services offered but it is compatible to the market. We do not have many additional service that require additional fee most is included in quoted price with the exception of laundry, inside oven or any animal markings or stains clean- up. If service is requested and it has been several months that your home has been cleaned, I would make the recommendation to start with a “Thorough Cleaning” aka “Deep Clean” of your home first although it may carry a higher cost due to the workload required, but it would allow for your home to be be properly cleaned and then continue with a “Standard Cleaning Service” or “Maintenance Service” plan. I list all services included per service plan and price for transparency in my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - phone or face to face contact for clear understanding of what’s needed. Step 2- do a walk thru of home to dot all the I’s and cross all the T’s. Step 3 - review information of service and review acknowledgement of service with customer. Step 4- Get job started and complete to customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 13 years in the construction sector I have the professionalism and work ethic to service and work with individuals. Cleaning is something that has been embedded in me since youth.
