I had a very good experience with Absolute Power Wash, Paint & Interiors. They were willing to take the job, even though it was a very small one(only 3 walls had to be painted)that they had to fit in between jobs. What I also appreciated very much was that Ben, the owner, didn't want to use his old drop cloth on top of my Oriental carpet, but went to Home Depot to buy a new one. Very thoughtful indeed. I would certainly hire them again when I have to do my whole apartment.
