FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly and base rate is $75. That's also my minimum. But for project-work I can usually put a flat cost together once we scope out the job together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss what you need completed via phone. If you can send pictures that's always very helpful particularly on projects that involve assembly of furniture, cabinets or installation of things like vanities or Tv's. We estimate the time together and then I'll provide a cost-estimate. When I arrive, we look over the space and project to be completed. Then I'll bring the tools needed to the space and get started. Once you are satisfied, I'll ask for payment via cash, venmo or Zelle. And I'll be back next time you need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of home ownership but I've been good with tools since I worked in the ski industry back in the 80's in Rhode Island - ask away!
