I’ve been handy all my life and managed and maintained my own rental properties for 15 years. I’ve turned over entire units, installed flooring, painted multiple colors top to bottom, replaced sheet rock, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, and many other household maintenance tasks. Joe was a great help for us when we updated our in-laws apartment in our home. Joe did installation work of different appliances and lighting and shelving. The apartment looks amazing. We will ask him to do other projects in the near future.

Joe installed 2 new porch lights and did an excellent job! He was very efficient, the lights look fantastic and he cleaned up everything afterwords. He was great to work with, showed up right on time and even managed to work around my nosy cats! Would definitely hire again!

I asked Joe to quote me a price to hang some utility hooks in my garage, install two smoke detectors, hang up two displays in my sons bedroom, and replace my kitchen faucet. I sent him links of all of the items that I had purchased. He came back and quoted me and said it would take 10 to 12 hours to complete this work. At $60 an hour? Well, guess what, this girl just did all of that work in about 128 minutes. I guess I saved myself $480 dollars. Yay me! Boo Joe.
