I’ve been handy all my life and managed and maintained my own rental properties for 15 years. I’ve turned over entire units, installed flooring, painted multiple colors top to bottom, replaced sheet rock, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, and many other household maintenance tasks. Joe was a great help for us when we updated our in-laws apartment in our home. Joe did installation work of different appliances and lighting and shelving. The apartment looks amazing. We will ask him to do other projects in the near future.

Joe has helped me out several times. Very personable, reasonably priced, and his work was great. Turns out he is also handy with wood and I actually bought a pen he carved by hand. I will use Joe again next time I need help with the house.

Joe installed 2 new porch lights and did an excellent job! He was very efficient, the lights look fantastic and he cleaned up everything afterwords. He was great to work with, showed up right on time and even managed to work around my nosy cats! Would definitely hire again!
