Tulio and his team were a pleasure to work with and the fence and stairs they installed for me look great. I asked Tulio to remove a rotting old deck that we inherited from the previous owners and install some metal stairs. I also asked if he could replace the fence that was similarly falling apart. He came out and surveyed the work and knew exactly what I was looking for and he was able to provide pictures of similar work he had done in the past which I could tell meant he had a lot of experience. It rained off and on during the project which prevented them from working as quickly as they would have liked but Tulio was always communicating their availability and arrival time with me which I appreciated. We couldn't be happier with how the back looks and am so glad I went with Tulio.

We had a great experience with DecKing Outdoor Living. We had two deck posts and a fence post that needed to be replaced. We requested a quote and Tulio came out the next day to give us an estimate that was very fair and could accomodate our short timeframe. He had great communication and let us know what needed to be done and how they would do it. The deck was jacked up and the post replaced with a concrete footer so it is much more sturdy. The work was high quality and we are very happy with how things turned out!
