I was in need last Saturday due to my furnace not heating properly. I decided before it got too cold out let me find some assistance. Efrain contacted me and was confirming the appointment the same day. He came timely and diagnosed the problem and said what was needed. I agreed and two days later when the parts came in it was fixed completely within an hour and 15 minutes. It was a fair price and the diagnostic fee was waived. The furnace is working well and I am happy to be warm and comfortable in my home. I will be using Efrain for other work in the future. 🤗
