I gave the company my specific project details. They set up an appointment quickly and the professional arrived on time. It was awkward though because he was only here for 5 mins because he quickly decided the project was not within his parameters. He seemed annoyed and left quickly leaving me and my partner confused and embarrassed. It was disappointing because I did all of the work to accurately and clearly describe the project, but they sent someone anyways and wasted everyone's time. I wish they hadn't set up the appointment if they knew they wouldn't do the project.

Avoid this company! High-pressure sales tactics led to verbal agreements outside the contract, which they later inflated. They damaged my lawn and ceiling (from a leak they caused), left work unfinished, and used an overpriced associate plumber for a non-emergency, costing thousands extra. Don't make the same mistake.

Top Remodeling is a top notch company. From the beginning of the process until the end, the contractors and PM were very engaging for every detail. Communication was constant, which is rare in this industry and the quality of the work was amazing. Had 0 issues from beginning to end. Will definitely be using them again for all our future renovations!

Tried to schedule over 3 times with multiple calls from the reception from the salesman. The final time we agreed there was a no-show. I’m not sure how I can trust this company to do a big job when they cannot commit to even the initial consult.
