I have multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, a Master's in Sociology from the University of Bristol, and additional Master's degrees in Social Science and Business from the School of Business and Trade in Switzerland. A postgraduate diploma in Project management from CPD/ Brentwood College, UK. I also have a Doctorate in Strategic management / Leadership and also a Doctoral fellow with the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management. With over 7 certifications as a Life coach, Mental health, Six Sigma Master Black Belt™ (CSSMBB™) Human Resource professional& Consultant, Six Sigma Green Belt in Human Resources, Trainer, to mention a few I am also specialize in Life skills, soft skills, and technical skills training and have been privileged to have trained and recruited from the lowest cadre of drivers to managing directors of companies in different industries locally and internationally I will help to identify strengths and weaknesses ,set clear, actionable goals and create plans to achieve them.
