10 stars if allowed!!!! I will be hiring Exotic Chef for my next event. She worked with my budget and also gave me an amazing deal I couldn’t say no to. She connected before my event started to make sure I had what I needed. Showed up exactly ON TIME!!!! The set up was beautiful. More than what I was expecting… We both wish we would’ve taken photos. But of course I was extremely to busy to do so. My menu was crab balls⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Pepper steak with white rice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, chicken and waffle, burger sliders, salad ( which everyone loved), fruit and two flavored drinks. People were packing up to go boxes. Thanks you again Exotic chef!!!!! I will be seeing you again.

Chef Christina and her team were absolutely amazing! They delivered a spectacularly catered meal for our team of 20 during our annual retreat. Their responsiveness and communication was very proactive. They were punctual and such a delight! We will definitely look to contract them again in the future. I wish I got more photos but we were too excited to eat!

Exotic Chef exceeded my expectations from the very first interaction. After submitting an information request to several chefs on Thumbtack, Chef Christina responded in less than an hour. Her reply was warm, focused on customer service, and stood out as far more professional than the others. Before finalizing the booking, Chef Christina took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, offered various options, and showed remarkable patience. Her professional demeanor gave me confidence in choosing her for my event. Even after booking, Chef Christina maintained clear communication to ensure she understood every detail of the occasion. On the event day, Chef Christina and her amazing team arrived promptly with enthusiasm and immediately began preparing the food on site. Her servers were on time, arriving 30 to 45 minutes before the dinner started. They greeted guests warmly and expertly arranged the food for serving. When it was time to eat, the food was beautifully presented, and it tasted incredible. Both my guests and I were astounded by the outstanding quality and flavors of the dishes. At the end of the event, Chef Christina and her team cleaned up by washing the dishes, tidying the kitchen, and taking out the trash. As someone who is quite particular, I was thoroughly impressed with Chef Christina and her team’s performance. I will certainly choose Exotic Chef again and highly recommend them to others. If you want a company that is professional, focused on customer satisfaction, and provides exceptional food, you will not be disappointed by hiring Exotic Chef. A truly exceptional culinary experience! Chef Cris delivered everything I wanted and then some. I’ve never used a chef for hire before but Chef Cris was very helpful in describing the options available. I requested jerk chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, jerk ribs, Rasta pasta, cabbage medley, rice and beans, rum punch and plantains. Everyone at the party was raving about the quality of the food, which was truly excellent. The rum punch was perfect! The Rasta pasta, the plantains and the macaroni and cheese disappeared quickly. I want to thank the Chef for making our celebration one to remember. We will certainly be using The Exotic Chef for our next event.

We had a team pool party with a cookout menu. Everything was tasty. The baked means were delicious. The burger and hot dogs were nice and fresh even when we reheated them later they were still good. The buns were fresh and soft, the pretzel buns for the burgers were even better. There were fresh fixings for the burgers with juicy red tomatoes, crisp lettuce and red onions. The chicken was tender, shrimp was well seasoned and tender as well. Dessert was great as a strawberry shortcake & trees leches combo. The servings were plentiful and everyone was pleased with the food. I chose this caterer because of her prompt response with pricing for the menu that we requested. The service was great and we will be using "The Exotic Chef" again.
