- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive and reasonable pricing. My theory is, if you don't get paid, then I don't get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to schedule either an in person meeting or an over the phone conference call. I will answer all of your questions and discuss your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of property management experience. I have worked in a wide range of different types of properties; single family homes, to multi-unit buildings with over 30 units.
