Along with the three attributes selected, I would also rate Responsiveness and Professionalism in joint first place. Al from EverLast came over less than 24 hours after our request to secure loose pvc water pipes running through our basement, seal a leak where the shower fixture was screwed in behind the wall of one bathroom, and secure a loose shower fixture in the other! It was all done in less than two hours for just about $300. I found him to be incredibly nice, communicative, and professional. I also trust he did those jobs right. Can’t recommend EverLast highly enough!

It’s hard finding trustworthy professionals on Thumbtack. Before contacting Everlast a different plumber told me that he would have to do a demo job in my basement to get to a pipe to stop the leak and the job estimated at $2500. Everlast came in told me what was wrong, showed me what was wrong, and completed the job same day without having to demo at a fraction of the price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pair competitive pricing with quality work and craftsmanship. We work with a $42 dispatch & diagnosis fee to go to your home and accurately diagnose the issue. This fee is auto-discounted should you decide to proceed with your plumbing repair/replacement while we are there. We offer free estimates for larger planned projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are at your home, we ask questions and gather as much information as we can, evaluate the issue, and run plumbing checks to accurately diagnose the cause and recommend a solution. If you agree to proceed with us, we get to work right away or schedule the project start date (for multi-day projects). You then receive an invoice containing descriptions of the work performed along with any pictures you may want to download and keep for your records.
