P&RD was great to work with. They were flexible, on time, and completed the work to expectations. They repaired water staining and peeling paint on our ceiling as well as completed some touch up painting and replaced the carpets on two full levels of the house. In addition, they repaired and painted our small front deck. We were preparing the house for selling, and P&RD's work enabled us to list on schedule and helped our home shiny brightly for prospective buyers.

It's the best painting agency in the DMV for sure; I mean, these people are so awesome. I love everything they did to my house. Mr. Ponce and his team are lovely humans. I trusted them with my house key, and they came in and did an excellent job. My friends were also amazed by their Amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their house to be painted. The crew did a great job painting the exterior of my house. They even thoughtfully painted my house numbers to better match the new color and cleared a clogged downspout. You have to admire a professional that goes the extra mile. I would absolutely hire them again.

Marvin Ponce and the other folks from R&D Remodeling did an outstanding job in re-staining the entire exterior of our house and deck. First they power washed the house and repaired the cracks, breaks, and holes in our wooden siding, many of which we had been unaware of, and replaced the worn out caulking. Then they covered everything in two coats of stain plus paint for the front door and garage doors. The job was neat and clean. Starting on a Wednesday they worked hard over four consecutive days, onsite from 7 am to after 5 pm each day until they finished at 3:30 pm on Saturday. The price was much more reasonable than some of the companies I contacted. R&D would be the first people I would turn to if and when I need more exterior or interior painting or other remodeling tasks.
