FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with you to come up with a quote that considers both needs and expectations, so we can quickly arrive to a realistic and agreeable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make initial contact we move quickly to establish client needs and requirements by asking several key questions (through messaging but preferably over the phone). Once we assess and address the client's needs and requirements, we move on to quote and secure the deposit. Once we formalize the project, one of our team members will work with the client and/or venue to conduct a site visit gain any other critical information in preparation for the event. We keep the client fully informed as to changes and suggestions to mitigate any risks to the success of the event. As the even approaches we confirm final details to accommodate any last minute changes (if any). On the event date we stay in contact, communicate ETA, arrive, set up, and deliver on our promise to serve you so you can focus on the most important part of the event...your content/program and guests!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 10 years ago as volunteer church sound system operator. My interest grew throughout college as I pursued my engineering degree, and once I graduated and started working, I decided to formalize the increased demand for my skills into a working business.
