Daina was professional and knowledgeable about windows treatments. He arrived on time, was very responsive, and flexible. The only area of improvement would be to have a more thorough and clear scope of work questionnaire for the customer before the work begins, so that there aren't any surprise changes in the scope of work for the contractor or misunderstood changes in the scope of work and its costs for the customer. Other than that, job well done. I would hope again!
