I recalled Daina when he initially installed my Bali window shade after I purchased it from JCPenney (he worked with them before the pandemic) 5 years ago. Recently, my window shade was no longer functioning as I expected and it needed to be repaired by the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me I needed to find a window treatment installer to remove it. After contacting JCPenney, they told me they no longer had an installer and I then performed a web search. After one company, told me they had no availability, I discovered Thumbtack.com. Daina's LLC was near the top of their list. I recalled his unique name and his photo proved to be the same individual who did this job in the past. Daina was able to work with my schedule to remove and reinstall my window shade. He has years of experience and had photographs to show off his skills.

Excellent service! Daina was punctual-arriving at 7am- and did excellent work ensuring that our shades were properly installed and operational. One of our blinds did not go down all the way and Daina spend time taking the rolling mechanism apart to fix it. He really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend his service.
