How My Pricing Works Because thoughtful travel planning takes time and expertise, I use a transparent planning-fee structure that allows clients to choose the level of support they need. Initial Research & Shortlist – $25 This covers destination and lodging research and includes: Clarifying trip goals and priorities A shortlist of up to three vetted options with guidance on fit and trade-offs Many clients use this as a low-commitment way to explore options before moving forward. Full Trip Planning – $100 Most clients choose full planning, which includes everything above plus: Detailed itinerary design Booking strategy and logistics guidance Ongoing coordination and support from planning through travel If you’ve already paid the $25 research fee, it is credited toward the $100 full planning fee. Commission Credit If you book your trip through me and the commission earned exceeds the planning fee, the initial $100 is credited back. For trips where suppliers do not offer commission (such as some campgrounds or specialty lodging), the planning fee simply covers the work involved.
