FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat $100 trip-planning convenience fee for all vacations. This covers the research and time required to compare flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and activities to create a personalized itinerary that fits your needs and budget. Here’s the part clients appreciate: If you book your trip through me and the commission I earn exceeds the $100 planning fee, I refund the full amount back to you. If you choose not to book through me, the fee remains as compensation for the research already completed. This ensures every client receives dedicated attention, transparent pricing, and a well-planned travel experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a short conversation to discuss your destination ideas, travel dates, budget, and preferences. Once the $100 planning fee is paid, I research options and create customized recommendations. You’ll receive clear pricing, comparisons, and a personalized itinerary. When you’re ready, I book your trip for you at no additional cost—or provide everything you need if you prefer to book it yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified travel advisor with ongoing professional training through major travel suppliers, tour operators, cruise lines, and destination-specific programs. I regularly update my education to stay informed on new resorts, industry changes, safety guidelines, and the best tools for planning seamless, enjoyable trips.
