We price using equations, that way everything is fair and covers, labor, material, and a humble profit We offer military discounts, as well as first responders discounts We offer 15 year workmanship warranty in writing We offer other material pricing discounts, depending on manufacturer type
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have multiple ways to move through this process RETAIL .pull Eagleview for the property .Create general estimate/proposal and email to customer .visit the property to confirm sheathing status and accesorios count. (Chose shingle type and color) . Customer signs contract via “DotLoop” or in person .Production Division (Jessica) put in the material order at local supplier (ABC,Beacon or Superior) . Jessica well email, text and call with material delivery day and time. . Jessica will email, text and call with project start date. . Most roofing projects start and finish in one 8-10 hour day. . Anthony, Andrew, Dominic, or Danny will be on site throughout the day, and will perform the. QCI at the end of the day to make sure everything was installed perfectly and everything is cleaned up perfectly.. . Casey Will send the.”COC” completion of contract documents. These are for homeowners records and/or insurance company to release depreciation payment. . Julie will send invoice for final payment, final payment can be made digitally or in person. INSURANCE CLAIM . Customer contacts us requesting damage inspection report/homeowners insurance claim start. . Anthony, Andrew, Dominic, Danny or James will visit the property to start damage inspection report. A thorough inspection on the ground and on the roof with chalk up/mark up. . (If damage is found) Damage inspection report document is created with pictures and information from the site visit, the damage inspection report document is sent to the homeowner and the homeowner then calls their insurance company to start the claim process. . Home owners insurance will schedule a time for an adjuster to visit the property to do their inspection, we ask to be present during this inspection, so that we can advocate on your behalf by making sure all storm damages or seen and documented by Insurance Adjuster . Insurance company then sends customer full approval, scope, or partial approval scope. . If partial approval scope is sent, we will begin the next multiple step process to make sure insurance company covers everything that they should be covering, this process usually includes a repairability attempt and non-repairability document creation, ITEL or NTS process and documentation, and “rewrite” created, and sent to homeowner and insurance company . If insurance company still will not get a full approval. (If full approval is warranted) we will connect you with public adjuster who will work on your behalf . Once approval scope is agreed-upon customer will sign work contract/contingency. (this states that all insurance dollars will be given to the contractor and the contractor will perform to completion all approved tasks for approval. Scope.) . Site visit to meet with Customer to choose material type and color. . Production division will put in the roofing material order to Local supply house. . Jessica will contact Customer letting them know day and time of material delivery. . Jessica will contact the customer letting them know day and time of work/project start. . Anthony, Andrew, Dominic, Danny, James will be at the property throughout the install to capture photos and create any supplemental documents needed by insurance company. .QCI is performed to make sure install went perfectly and clean up is perfect (rolling magnets, run around property to make sure there are no roofing nails anywhere on the ground) . Casey will send the completion of contract document with pics to homeowner and insurance company (With final invoice) depreciation, supplements, and deductible . We will wait with you and assist in the collection of the depreciation and Supplemental final check from insurance company
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are preferred contractors with multiple roofing products GAF IKO Owens Corning We are also OSHA trained and certified We are members of and currently train through NRCA (National Roofing Contractirs Association) We trained extensively with “John Senac the roof pro” on discontinued, roofing products, and shingle mastery We are part of D2D University a national organization, that trains and keeps current with proper sales techniques and methods, as well as proper insurance claim techniques in methods.
