I’ve had great experiences with Professor. Nema, I have an online honors geometry course to work on for the summer and he has taught me the concepts based on that subject and has given me notes including a great lesson plan. He understands when I’m tired during a lesson so will give me a break when I’m down and is very patient with me based on my needs. I love his teaching method and am now confident that I will pass my final exam.

My son was struggling with AP Calc. which lead me to look for a tutor. We were incredibly lucky to have found Nema. Initially I was concerned about not having an in person tutor because it is difficult to keep my son's attention for any length of time, but Nema is masterful at keeping my son engaged in the lesson and focusing his attention. Nema was able to pinpoint my son's weaknesses within the first call and immediately start addressing them. As long as Nema is in his corner, I feel confident that my son will be able to get his A in calculus and will do very well on the final AP test. I have been so impressed by Nema that I have added tutoring sessions for my other son who is preparing to take the SAT. Nema is always happy to help, has a very accomodating schedule and seems to really care about the boys and how they are doing.

I must admit I was hesitant about working with someone from this site. I didn’t know whether or not it would work for me, but the minute Professor Nema reached out to me, he made me feel welcome & built me up with confidence in every sense of the word. I’m on my last course, Intro to Statistics, prior to starting my Capstone for my BA. I left this class to the end because I knew math is not one of my strongest subject. On my first week of class, I read the course syllabus & it looked like I was reading something from a science fiction novel. Nothing made sense to me & to make it worst, I got sick with all the symptoms of Covid which put me behind with assignments and class work by two weeks. The school gave me time to catch up but I had to do it on my own. I tried for the first couple of days but I realized I was drowning slowly with all the material covered. I didn’t want to drop the course especially being so closed to graduate. So I sent a red star cluster, military term, into the sky so to speak asking for help in this app and Professor Nema came and jumped in the trenches with me. From the first day we spoke on the phone, he made me feel like I was not alone in this battle & he sounded so real with his intentions to walk with me in this journey of getting my degree. Once I met him on Zoom, he was AWESOME!!! He didn’t make me feel like I was dumb for not knowing basic math problems. He actually made me feel comfortable to ask questions which lead to better understanding of the process. He worked with me until I caught up with grades assignments and took my first Quiz of the course which I’m proud to say that I scored 100% on it. I know I would have not done so well without the guidance, mentorship from Professor Nema. He is sooooo passionate about sharing his knowledge with those who need help. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs help or assistance with math, any kind of math. I am happy to say I’m caught up with class and extremely blessed to have Professor Nema continue working with me. I have attached a picture with my scores with the graded assignments and first quiz.

I’m a retired math and Stat professor with decades of experience. My undergraduate degree is in mathematics and my graduate degrees (MS& PhD) are in Mathematical statistics and I have been in teachings for decades including , high School, colleges and universities.
