Dan was incredible. We spoke over the phone and he walked me through the setup that was required without even seeing the system. He only knew I had a Samsung TV and Yamaha receiver. He got the audio to come out of the receiver and he helped get the video/audio back going through the receiver in HDMI 2 ARC. The problem was the HDMI cable wasn’t fully inserted into the receiver or is bad because when you move the receiver the HDMI connection is lost. I will contact Dan for all audio/video issues and will recommend his service to anyone in NOVA that needs his support. Dan, again thank you for all of your help

Technician was on time and did his best to complete the job. However the company should train the staff to pay attention to the details. Now a black tape showing in my living room!!!

The original wire is very short, Mary. The technician cut it and extended it but there was no slack for the special speaker connector that Bose uses. As a result, there was a connection external to the wall. This connection was taped to keep it safe. The tape is behind the speaker and you approved the installation. You also complimented the technician on his technical skills. The wire itself was extended inside the wall. The tape can be painted if you so desire. The tech also gave you a 50% discount on the work. I wish you were more satisfied but I'm not sure what else we can do. We can refer you to contractor if you would like that.

Dan was so helpful in diagnosing an issue with my wired speakers over the phone. He called me within 24 hours of submitting a request and gave me the detail on how much it would cost if he came for a home visit. He gave me tips on what to check for over the phone, so I didn’t even end up needing to book an appointment. Problem solved over the phone and cost me nothing! Ran a pair of cat6 and fiber cables. Required some creative drilling but got the job done and with minimal drywall cutting. Drops are fully tested and functional
